You’ll play a critical role in shaping a seamless and human-first onboarding experience in our flat environment, collaborating closely stakeholders cross-functional teams. If you're passionate about people development, modern concept and Agile — this is your playground.

• Design well-structured onboarding journey that shorten time-to-performance for new team members, enabling them to contribute meaningfully within their probation period
• Take the lead in facilitate onboarding experiences that align new members with GEEK Up’s core values, ways of working, compliance,... ensuring their seamless integration
• Implement mechanisms to surface and validate individual competencies, collaboration styles, and growth needs that were not fully assessed during recruitment
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to collect and synthesize clear, data-informed onboarding insights for decision-making
• Maintain a feedback loop between business outcomes and learning design, ensuring the onboarding program evolves in line with business needs and team dynamics.

Must have:

• More than 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, People Enablement or related roles.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering onboarding programs or training roadmaps for new hires in a tech, product, or startup environment.
• Familiarity with instructional design frameworks and ability to apply them to role-based learning journeys.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration background, especially working with cross-functional teams such as Business, Engineering, People Operations.
• Hands-on experience using data or feedback loops to iterate and improve programs or learning initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.

• Passionate with modern concepts of organization design
• Experience working in Agile & Flat environment
• Previous experience in employee engagement, culture building, or internal communications is a big plus
