ABOUT THE JOB
You will be responsible for two core content streams:
(1) Tech Content for the GEEK Up brand, focusing on technology, product development, and thought leadership.
(2) Talent Community Content for the GEEK Adventure brand, focusing on inspiring young talents and shaping a modern way of working.
The ultimate goal of this role is to increase brand awareness, maintain brand consistency, and engagement through specific communication strategies, aligning with GEEK Up’s values, vision, and business objectives.
This role demands high flexibility in writing style, the ability to translate complex information into coherent and engaging content, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and uncompromising commitment to quality. We are looking for a diligent, hard-working writer who is eager to learn and master diverse topics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Tech Content ( for GEEK Up brand)
- In-depth Content Production: Develop specialized content formats, including Long-form for the website and Short-form content for GEEK Up's social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook), focusing on technology and digital product development.
- Complex Translation: Master the art of articulating intricate technical concepts into clear, accessible, yet authoritative content.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is written with clarity, technical accuracy, and strictly adheres to the established Brand Tone of Voice.
2. Talent Community Content (for GEEK Adventure brand)
- Community Focus: Understand Geek Adventure’s target audience (freshers and young talents) and produce content that builds community engagement and practical learning — e.g., storytelling posts, quick skill tips, member spotlights, and event recaps. Ensure content matches the brand voice and supports measurable goals such as engagement, follower growth, and event sign-ups.
- Content Creation & Transformation: Directly produce written content and collaborate with Design to translate it into effective visual formats, creating inspiring stories through narrative-driven content and relatable perspectives about modern work.
- Community Channel Management: Build, manage, and develop communication channels used to nurture and maintain sustainable relationships with Young Talents and the Talent Community.
